Who we are

What we collect, and why

When you use our form: the site you send and your email. We use them to build your sample and to reply.
When you buy: your name, email and the site to check. Stripe handles the payment; we never see your card.
When we email you first: your name, work email, company and role, and public pages of your company's site. We use them to send you a short business email about our service. In the UK and EU our basis is legitimate interest in business-to-business contact.

Where it comes from

From you, from your company's public website, from public business directories, and from email-finding services.

Who processes it for us

Google Workspace (email and sending), an email-finding service, Formspree (the form), Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting and email forwarding). Some of them store data in the US.

How long we keep it

Outreach data: until 12 months after our last contact, or until you ask us to stop. After an opt-out we keep only your email on a do-not-contact list, so we never write again. Order data: as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

Ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop contacting you: email hello@querytally.com or reply "stop" to any email. In the UK you can also complain to the ICO.
